Dear guest: We give you the warmest welcome and invite you to know our hotel. We want the facilities and spaces to be to your liking and offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. On the following pages you will find the description of the different services we offer. We work every day to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Animals are not allowed in the rooms or in the other areas of the Hotel.

Amenities

We have at your disposal other bath products, such as razor, sponge, comb, etc. Do not hesitate to request them from our governess from 08:00 to 24:00.

Snack bar

In our cafeteria you can enjoy a good coffee in the morning, your snack at noon, a quick meal with our menu of the day and a pleasant snack. The schedule is from 08:00 to 23:30 h.

Safety box

We recommend using the safe located in your room. The Hotel management is not responsible for jewelry, valuables or money left in the room or in any other part of the Hotel.

Breakfasts

In our breakfast room, on the ground floor, you can enjoy the buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 11:00.   If you prefer, you can also order breakfast in your room. Just fill in the form and leave it hanging on the outside hand of your door at night, or if you find it more comfortable, call room service directly.   Breakfast price: €16.50 (VAT included)

Alarm clock

You can activate the alarm clock from your TV or by calling Reception.

Baggage

If you need it, our baggage handlers will take care of collecting and storing your luggage in the luggage storage, located in Reception.

Action in Case of Fire

In case of fire immediately notify Reception. Break the glass of the alarm button that is located in the hallway of your plant. Leave your room and close the door. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS to get off, use only the STAIRS. You will find a floor plan with emergency exits at the entrance of your room.

Methods of payment

We accept major national and international credit cards. We regret that we cannot accept personal checks as a form of payment. Following our internal rules, our reception staff will contact you when your account exceeds €700.

Garage

The hotel has a private garage. If you want to park your car, just contact Reception. Garage fee: €16.00 per day (VAT included)

Gastronomy

Our restaurant is open for lunch from 13:00 to 15:30, and for dinner from 20:30 to 22:30. We are waiting for you with a delicious gastronomic proposal!

Housekeeper

If you need something extra like hangers, pillows or recover some forgotten object, you can contact our governess. Opening hours: from 08:00 to 24:00. Contact number: 4003

Lavandería y Limpieza en Seco

You have at your disposal a laundry and dry cleaning service. If you deliver the clothes before 11:00 am, we will return them to you within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Do you need it to be ready the same day? Request it in Reception.

Maintenance

If you notice any breakdown in your room or some of the furniture is not in good condition, do not hesitate to call the maintenance department. We are here to help you.

Messages

The messages you receive will be sent directly to your room.

Losses and Forgetfulness

If you lose or miss something, don’t worry. All found objects are recorded and saved. Contact Reception.

First Aid

In Reception we have a first aid kit available in case of emergency.

Exit

We ask you to leave your room before 12:00 on the day of departure. If you leave the room after that time and have not communicated it, the hotel may charge 50% of the current rate until 6:00 p.m., and 100% if the departure is later. Want to extend your stay? Check with Reception.

Security Tips

The hotel management recommends that you carefully read the following safety rules for your well-being.

Always

Watch and control your luggage. Don’t leave it unattended, even for a minute.   Close the door to your room when you leave and make sure it is tightly closed, even if you are only going to be outside for a short time.   Keep the door closed while you’re in the room.   Close your luggage when you are not using it and store it in the closet.   Be especially careful with the opening card of your room. If you prefer to leave it at Reception every time you leave the hotel, give it directly to one of our receptionists.   Immediately notify Management of anything suspicious you notice, such as strangers in the hallway or knocking on your door from someone unknown.    

Never

Never display jewelry, money or valuables in your room or on hotel premises.   Never invite strangers into your room or give them your room number.   When making new friends with strangers, don’t share your hotel name or room number.
