Car Hire

If you require self-drive or chauffeur-driven car hire, please contact Reception.

Pets

Pets are strictly forbidden in rooms and all other areas of the Hotel.

Amenities

We have at your disposal other bathroom products, such as razor, sponge, comb, etc.

Do not hesitate to ask for them to our governess from 08:00 to 24:00.

Cafeteria

In our cafeteria, you can enjoy a good morning coffee, a lunchtime aperitif, a quick meal from our set menu and a pleasant, afternoon tea. The cafeteria is open between 8.00 am to 11:30 pm.

Safe Deposit Boxes

We recommend you to use the safe located in your room. The Hotel Management will not be held responsible for jewellery, money or valuable objects left in the room or in any other part of the hotel.

Buffet Breakfast is available in our breakfast room on the second floor from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.

If you wish breakfast in your room, please fill in the form and leave this on the outside door handle at night, or if you prefer, call room service.

Procedure in Case of Fire

In the case of fire immediately warn Reception. Break the glass on the alarm button in the corridor of your floor. Leave your room and shut the door. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS. Use the STAIRS ONLY. You will find a plan of the emergency on your floor, displayed on the entrance of your room.

Payment

We accept the main national and international credit cards. We regret that we cannot accept payment by cheque. Following our company policy, our Reception staff will contact you when the payment exceeds 700 €.

Parking

The hotel has a private car park-if you wish to park your car here contact Reception.

Parking rates: 16,00 € per day V.A.T. included.

Gastronomy

Our Restaurant serves Lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Governess

Should you need any extra items such as: clothes hangers, pillows or any other object that may have been overlooked, please contact our governess. This service is available between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 am (midnight).

The hotel has WI-FI (wireless internet connection).

Laundry and Dry Cleaning

The Hotel provides a laundry and dry-cleaning service. Garments left for cleaning before 11.00 a.m. will be returned within 24 hours except at weekends and national/local holidays. If you require urgent same-day service, please ask for this in Reception.

Maintenance

If you note that something in your room does not work or the furniture is not in perfect condition, do not hesitate to call our maintenance department.

Messages

As soon as messages are received they will be sent directly to your room.

Minibar

If you use this service, please fill in the sheet for this purpose, giving daily details of what you have consumed and hand the sheet at Reception when you check out.

Lost and Forgotten

Should objects be lost or forgotten these are registered and held for safekeeping. In this case please contact Reception.

First Aid

We have a First Aid Kit in Reception in the case of an emergency.

Checking Out

We kindly request you to leave your room by 12:00 p.m., the day of your departure. The Hotel may charge 50% of the fee if you leave before 6:00 p.m. without previously notifying Reception and the full fee, if you leave later than this time. If you wish to stay longer please consult with Reception.

Emergency Exits

On the back of the door you will find a detailed plan showing emergency exits. We recommend you read this for your own safety.

Salons

The Hotel has conference rooms for all kinds of events such as: meetings, conferences and banquets and others.

Hair Dryer

All rooms are supplied with a hair dryer.

Security Suggestions

The hotel management kindly recommends that you carefully read the following Security Rules

Always

Keep a close eye on your luggage. Kindly do not leave luggage unattended for even a minute.

When leaving your room, even for a brief moment, shut the door and push to check that it is firmly closed and locked.

Keep the door closed when you are inside the room.

Close your luggage when not in use and place it in the wardrobe.

Please take special care of the room key. If you wish, hand the key into Reception when you leave the hotel.

Notify the Management immediately if you notice strange incidents such as: suspicious people with strange attitude in the corridor, strangers knocking at your room door.

Never

Never leave jewellery, money or valuable items on show in your room or in the hotel.

Never invite strangers to your room or give them your room number.

When you make social acquaintances with strangers, do not reveal the name of the hotel or your room number.

Operating Instructions for the Air Conditioning System

  • 1. Insert your room card key in the light switch.
  • 2. The speed regulator has the following markings:
    • (Top regulator)
    • 0 – Off
    • I – Minimum speed
    • II – Half speed
    • III- Maximum speed
  • 3. The temperature regulator has the following markings:
    • (Bottom regulator)
    • + Warm air
    • 0 Middle position
    • – Cold air
  • 4. The temperature regulator takes between 15 and 20 minutes to start working.
  • 5. Please close all the windows for the system to work effectively.
